.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trade winds will increase
slightly tonight as high pressure builds north of the area. This
pattern will support moderate winds over Atlantic waters north 
of Puerto Rico and moderate to fresh trade winds over the 
Caribbean waters south of Puerto Rico through the weekend.
