.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong NE to E winds and large seas will 
prevail into Sun night due to strong high pressure centered 
north of the area. The high pressure will weaken afterwards and 
moderate trades will dominate the regional waters through Mon
night before further diminishing to light and gentle variable 
winds by late Tue.
