.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from the Dominican Republic 
northeastward will dissipate tonight. High pressure centered in 
the NW Atlantic will maintain moderate trade winds across the 
regional waters into Mon before diminishing through Tue. 
Moderate N swell will move through the regional waters into Sat
morning, with NE swell arriving Mon night and Tue.
