.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from Hispaniola northeastward will
dissipate tonight. High pressure centered in the NW Atlantic 
will maintain moderate trade winds across the regional waters 
through Sat night before diminishing Sun through Tue. Moderate 
N swell will move through the regional waters through tonight,
with NE swell arriving Mon and Tue.
