.SYNOPSIS...An old cold front will remain stationary from the 
central Atlantic to northern Haiti through Fri. High pressure
across the NW Atlantic will maintain moderate trade winds across
the regional waters through Sat before diminishing Sun through
Tue. Moderate NNW swell will move through the regional waters 
through Sat becoming NE swell Mon and Tue.
