.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh tradewinds will prevail across the
forecast waters through tonight as high pressure remains 
centered across the west central Atlantic. Winds will diminish 
slightly Tue through Thu as the high weakens and shifts E, then 
will become moderate to fresh again Thu night through Fri night. 
A weak tropical wave will move just S of the area today. Another
tropical wave is forecast to move across the area by the middle 
of the week. An Atlantic cold front will stall from the central 
Atlc to the SE Bahamas Thu.
