.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh tradewinds will prevail across the
forecast waters through Mon evening as high pressure remains 
centered across the west central Atlantic. Winds will diminish 
slightly Tue night through Thu night as the high weakens and 
shifts E. A weak tropical wave will move across the area tonight 
through Mon. Another tropical wave is forecast to move across the
area by the middle of the week.
