.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds will prevail across the 
forecast waters through Mon night as high pressure remains 
centered across the west central Atlantic. Winds will diminish 
slightly Tue night through Wed night as the high weakens and 
shifts E. A tropical wave is forecast to approach and move 
across the waters by the middle of next week.
