.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh easterly trade winds will continue
across the regional waters through this evening, and remain 
mainly moderate through Tue night. Moderate to fresh trades will 
resume again Wed as strong high pressure builds north of the area
in the wake of a front. Winds will gradually diminish to light 
and gentle during the remaining forecast period. Expect 
increasing scattered shower and thunderstorm activity in the 
eastern Caribbean through tonight.
