.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds will continue across the 
regional waters through Mon, and remain mainly moderate through 
Tue night. Moderate to fresh trades will resume again Wed as 
strong high pressure builds north of the area in the wake of a 
front. Winds will gradually diminish to light and gentle during 
the remaining forecast period. Expected increasing scattered
shower and thunderstorm activity in the eastern Caribbean through 
Mon night.
