.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave moving across the central Caribbean 
Sea will bring showers and thunderstorms along with fresh to 
strong east winds to the Caribbean forecast waters through Sat. 
A tropical depression is likely to form this weekend as the 
system moves westward across the central and western Caribbean.
