.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave moving across the eastern Caribbean
Sea will bring showers and thunderstorms along with fresh to 
strong east winds to Caribbean forecast waters through Sat. An 
area of low pressure is expected to develop with this wave in the
Caribbean Sea, and a tropical depression could form late this 
weekend of early next week.
