.SYNOPSIS...Northeast and east swell will continue to impact the
Atlantic waters and passages into Thu night, while a tropical 
over the area through tonight. A tropical wave will move across
the eastern Caribbean tonight through Thu accompanied by
scattered showers and thunderstorms and followed by fresh to 
strong east winds. High pressure north of the area will support 
fresh trades into the weekend.
