.SYNOPSIS...Northeast and east swell will continue to impact the
Atlantic waters and passages into Thu night, while a tropical 
over the area through tonight. Another tropical wave will cross
the region Thu night. High pressure north of the area will 
support fresh trade wind into the weekend.
