.SYNOPSIS...Northeast swell will continue to impact the Atlantic
waters and passages through Tue night. A new set of east swell 
will imapct the Atlantic waters Wed through Thu night behind 
a tropical wave. High pressure north of the area will support 
fresh trade wind through through the week.
