.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trade winds will increase to
moderate to fresh Sat evening and will continue through Mon 
night as a tropical wave, currently near 44W, moves across of the
area. Long-period N to NE swell from Hurricane Epsilon, well N of
the region, will affect the Atlantic waters and Caribbean 
Passages through Sun.
