.SYNOPSIS...Mainly light to gentle winds will prevail through at
least Wed night due to the effect of high pressure in the 
western Atlantic and Tropical Storm Epsilon well northeast of 
the local area. A northeast swell generated by the Tropical Storm
is forecast to enter and spread across the Atlantic waters from 
Tuesday through the end of the week.

Isolated showers and thunderstorms.
