.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trade winds and slight seas will 
persist through Tue, then resume by Wed evening as a tropical 
wave enters the E Caribbean. Fresh to locally strong winds are 
expected over the Caribbean waters Thu evening and into the 
weekend as the wave move across the region.
