.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western Atlantic will shift 
eastward to the central Atlantic through Wed while it strengthens
allowing for trades to increase to fresh speeds across most of 
the region. A tropical wave near 45W will move across the region
Fri through late Sat along with strong winds affecting the
southern adjacent waters.
