.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western Atlantic will shift 
eastward to the central Atlantic through Wed while it 
strengthens allowing for trades to slightly increase across most
of the region. A tropical wave along 73W will move across the 
rest of the eastern Caribbean through tonight accompanied by 
active weather and enhanced winds.
