.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western Atlantic will shift 
eastward to the central Atlantic through mid-week while it 
strengthens allowing for trades to slightly increase across most
of the region. A tropical wave currently over the eastern 
Caribbean will move across the basin enhancing convection/winds.
