.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western Atlantic will shift 
eastward to the central Atlantic through mid-week while it 
strengthens allowing for trade winds to increase across most of 
the region. A tropical wave over the far eastern Caribbean Sea
will move across the rest of the eastern Caribbean through Mon
evening. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will accompany 
the wave.
