.SYNOPSIS...Swell associated with extremely large Hurricane Teddy
moving away in the north Atlantic as well as generated by a 
cold front in the SW Atlantic will impact much of the Atlantic 
waters and adjacent passages beginning tonight and continuing 
through Thu night.
