.SYNOPSIS...Swell associated with extremely large Teddy moving 
away in the north Atlantic as well as generated by a stationary 
front, currently extending along 22N-23N W of 65W will impact  
impact much of the Atlantic waters and adjacent passages 
beginning tonight and continuing through at least Thu night.
