.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate trades are expected across the 
regional waters the entire period. Otherwise, large northeast
swell associated with Hurricane Teddy will start moving into the
area on Thu as the cyclone tracks in a northwestward motion over
the central Atlantic waters.
