.SYNOPSIS...High pres N of the area will support gentle to
moderate trades through the forecast period. A tropical wave near
the E coast of the Dominican Republic will shift W away from
Puerto Rico today. Tropical Storm Paulette will remain well 
E and NE of the area, however some associated large outer swells
may impact the Atlantic waters by the end of the week into the 
weekend. A trailing trough from Paulette may move across the 
waters Sat and Sat night shifting the wind direction.
