.SYNOPSIS...High pres N of the area will support gentle to
moderate trades through the forecast period. A tropical wave 
will move across the Mona Passage tonight. Tropical Storm 
Paulette will remain well east and northeast of the area through 
the week, however some associated outer swells may impact the
Atlantic waters by the end of the week into the weekend.
