.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build westward across the central
and western Atlantic waters over the next few days. A tropical 
wave will move across the region through tonight. A second 
tropical wave will move through the region Mon and Tue. Moderate
to locally fresh winds are expected as these waves traverse the 
area.
