.SYNOPSIS...Winds and seas are diminishing across the region as
Tropical Storm Laura, currently well west of the area just south
of eastern Cuba continues to move westward and away from the 
region. Relatively weak high pressure will build westward across
the central and western Atlantic behind Laura.
