.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Laura is near 19.2N 73.2W 1004 mb at 
11 AM EDT, moving WNW at 18 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 45 kt
with gusts to 55 kt. Laura will move into Cuba and reach 20.3N 
76.0W this evening, 21.6N 79.9W Mon morning, then move to 22.9N 
83.2W Mon evening before emerging into the southeast Gulf of 
Mexico where it will intensify into a hurricane and move into the 
north central Gulf through mid week. Relatively weak high 
pressure will build westward across the central and western 
Atlantic behind Laura.
