.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Thirteen is centered near 17.3N 
56.4W 1008 mb at 11 PM EDT moving WNW at 19 kt. Maximum sustained
winds 30 kt gusts 40 kt. Gradual strengthening is forecast, and 
the depression is likely to become a tropical storm by the 
weekend. The depression is expected to move near or north of the
northern Leeward Islands by late Fri, and near or north of the 
Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico on Sat. The center of Thirteen
will move to 17.9N 59.1W Fri morning, strengthen to a tropical 
storm near 18.6N 62.4W Fri evening, 19.4N 65.7W Sat morning, 
20.3N 69.2W Sat evening, and 21.3N 72.8W Sun morning.
