.SYNOPSIS...An elongated area of low pressure remains across the
central Tropical Atlantic, associated with a tropical wave. 
Environmental conditions are favorable for tropical development 
and a tropical depression is expected to form in the next day or 
so as the low pressure moves WNW at 15 to 20 mph. This system is 
forecast to approach the Leeward Islands Fri, move across the 
Atlantic waters of the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico early Sat,
and then along northern Hispaniola and the Turks and Caicos 
Islands Sat night through Sun.
