.SYNOPSIS...A broad and elongated area of low pressure in the 
central tropical Atlantic is in an environment favorable for 
tropical development and a tropical depression is expected to
form in the next day or so as it moves WNW at 15 to 20 mph.
There is a high chance of tropical formation in the next 48 
hours. This system is forecast to approach the Leeward Islands 
Fri, pass near the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico Sat, and then 
Hispaniola and the Turks and Caicos Islands Sun.
