.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds will prevail into Fri 
as high pressure remains centered over the central Atlantic. A 
strong tropical wave south of the area waters will exit the area
late tonight. Looking ahead, low pressure associated with another
tropical wave will approach the Atlantic waters late Fri or early
Sat. This system has a high chance of tropical development through
Sun.
