.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds will prevail into late
week as high pressure remains centered over the central Atlantic.  
A strong tropical wave is racing west near 20 kt across the E
Caribbean and south of the area waters today. Looking ahead, low
pressure associated with another tropical wave will approach the
Atlantic waters late Fri or Sat. This system has a high chance of
tropical development through Sun.
