.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds will prevail through 
mid- week. A strong tropical wave will pass over and south of 
Caribbean waters Tue. In has a low chance of tropical formation 
through Wed, but a moderate chance as it moves into the central
and western Caribbean late week. Looking ahead, low pressure 
associated with another tropical wave may approach the Atlantic 
waters by Sat.
