.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds will prevail into mid-
week. A strong tropical wave will pass over and south of
Caribbean waters Tue. In has a low chance of tropical formation 
through Tue, but a moderate chance as it moves into the central 
Caribbean for the latter half of the week. Looking ahead, low
pressure assciated with another tropical wave may approach the 
Atlantic waters by Sat.
