.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure north of the area has degenerated into 
a trough of low pressure. This trough will move WNW away from the
area and dissipate early Mon morning. Moderate to fresh trade 
winds will prevail through early this week. A strong tropical 
wave will pass over and south of Caribbean waters Mon night and 
Tue. In has a low chance of tropical formation through Tue, but a
moderate chance as it moves into the central Caribbean for the 
latter half of the week.
