.SYNOPSIS...Recently downgraded Tropical Depression Josephine 
near 20.4N 65.0W 1009 mb at 11 AM EDT is moving WNW at 11 kt. 
Maximum sustained winds are 30 kt with gusts 40 kt. Josephine 
will move to 21.3N 66.4W this evening, then weaken to a remnant 
low near 22.5N 67.9W Mon morning with maximum winds 25 kt with 
gusts to 35 kt, reach to near 23.9N 69.0W Mon evening, near 25.5N
69.4W Tue morning, to near 26.8N 69.0W Tue evening, and to near 28.2N 
68.3W Wed morning. Otherwise, moderate to fresh trade winds will
prevail into early this week. A tropical wave is forecast to 
is forecast to cross the Windward and southern Leeward Islands 
tonight into early Mon, then move across the eastern Caribbean 
early this week. The wave will be accompanied by scattered 
showers and isolated thunderstorms, some possibly with strong 
gusty winds.
