.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Josephine near 20.3N 64.0W 1009 mb at
5 AM EDT moving WNW at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds 35 kt 
gusts 45 kt. Josephine will weaken to a tropical depression near 
21.1N 65.6W this afternoon and move to 22.4N 67.4W Mon morning.
Josephine will weaken to a remnant low and move farther north of
the area Mon afternoon. Otherwise, moderate to fresh trade winds
will prevail into early this week. A strong tropical wave is
forecast to over Caribbean waters Mon night, and this wave has a
low chance of tropical formation south of the area during this
time.
