.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Josephine near 20.1N 62.6W 1008 mb at
11 PM EDT moving WNW at 12 kt. Maximum sustained winds 40 kt 
gusts 50 kt. Josephine will move to 21.0N 64.3W Sun morning, 
22.3N 66.3W Sun evening, weaken to a tropical depression near 
23.7N 67.9W Mon morning, 25.1N 68.8W Mon evening, become a 
remnant low and move to 27.1N 68.8W Tue morning, and 29.0N 68.0W 
Tue evening. Otherwise, moderate to fresh trade winds will 
prevail into early next week. A strong tropical wave may pass
near Caribbean waters Mon night.
