.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Josephine near 18.9N 58.4W 1005 mb at
5 AM EDT moving WNW at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds 40 kt
gusts 50 kt. Josephine will move to 19.6N 60.2W this afternoon,
20.7N 62.5W Sun morning, 22.0N 64.7W Sun afternoon, then weaken
to a tropical depression near 23.4N 66.7W Mon morning. Tropical
Depression Josephine will move to 24.9N 68.0W Mon afternoon and
26.5N 68.5W Tue morning. Otherwise, moderate to fresh trade 
winds will prevail through the the weekend.
