5 AM EDT moving WNW at 15 kt. Maximum sustained winds 35 kt 
gusts 45 kt. Josephine will move to 16.5N 55.3W this afternoon, 
18.0N 58.1W Sat morning, 19.1N 60.6W Sat afternoon, 20.3N 62.9W 
Sun morning, 21.6N 65.1W Sun afternoon, and 23.1N 66.7W Mon 
morning. Josephine will weaken to a tropical depression near 26.0N
67.8W early Tue. Otherwise, moderate to fresh trade winds will 
prevail through the the weekend.
