.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds will prevail across 
the local area through Fri night. Tropical Depression 
Eleven near 12.7N 45.7W 1007 mb at 5 PM EDT is moving W at 13 
kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt gusts 40 kt. Tropical 
Depression Eleven will strengthen to a tropical storm near 13.0N 
47.5W late tonight with maximum sustained winds of 35 kt with 
gusts to 45 kt. It will reach to near 14.0N 49.9W Thu afternoon, 
to near 15.2N 52.2W late Thu night with maximum winds 45 kt gusts
to 55 kt and to near 16.6N 54.8W Fri afternoon with maximum 
sustained winds of 50 kt with gusts to 60 kt. Tropical Storm 
Eleven will maintain intensity as it continues northwestward to 
near 17.8N 57.3W late Fri night, near 19.1N 59.7W Sat afternoon. 
then begin to weaken as it reaches near 21.5N 64.5W Sun afternoon
and near 24.5N 67.0W Mon afternoon.
