.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trades will prevail across the waters 
through Wed. Newly formed Tropical Depression Eleven near 11.7N 
40.2W 1007 mb at 5 PM EDT is moving W at 14 kt. Maximum 
sustained winds are 30 kt with gusts 40 kt. Tropical Depression 
Eleven will reach near 12.4N 44.5W Wed afternoon, then intensify 
to a tropical storm near 13.0N 46.9W late Wed tonight with 
maximum sustained winds of 35 kt gusts to 45 kt. Tropical Storm 
Eleven will reach near 13.9N 49.4W Thu afternoon, near 15.1N 
51.8W Fri morning, and to near 16.4N 54.3W Fri afternoon. 
Tropical Storm Eleven will begin to weaken slightly as it 
reaches to near 18.5N 59.5W Sat afternoon and to near 21.0N 
64.0W Sun afternoon.
