.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the central Atlantic extending 
weakly to the Bahamas will persist through Mon. This pattern 
will support moderate to fresh trades across the forecast
waters. Tradewinds across the local Caribbean waters will 
freshen Fri through Sun with the passage of a pair of tropical 
waves.
