.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Isaias is centered near 20.9N 73.3W 990 mb
moving NW at 15 kt. Maximum sustained winds 70 kt gusts 85 kt. 
Maximum sustained winds 50 kt gusts 60 kt. Isaias will move NW 
and through the Bahamas Islands today through late Sat night and
exit the region. Tropical storm conditions across the waters N of
Hispaniola will shift farther west of the area today. Large seas
in SE swell will continue impacting the waters today.
