.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Isaias is centered near 18.1N 68.9W 
1003 mb at 11 AM EDT moving NW at 17 kt. Maximum sustained winds 
50 kt gusts 60 kt. Isaias will move over Hispaniola to 19.7N 
71.4W this evening, 21.4N 74.2W Fri morning, then toward the
Central Bahamas near 23.0N 76.5W Fri evening. Tropical storm 
conditions will continue over the forecast waters today, then
shift westward toward Hispaniola and the SE Bahamas tonight. Very
large seas will continue impacting the waters through early Fri.
