.SYNOPSIS..The remnants of Gonzalo will continue to move across
the Caribbean waters well south of Puerto Rico through Sun. 
Moderate to fresh trade winds will prevail through Wed. A strong
tropical wave will approach the Lesser Antilles by mid week
enhancing winds and waves across the area.
