.SYNOPSIS..Atlantic high pressure that extending to the northern
Caribbean will change little through the forecast period, 
supporting moderate to fresh winds across the region. A strong 
tropical wave is expected to move across the regional waters Sat 
night and Sun. The wave will be accompanied by scattered showers
and thunderstorms, some possibly with strong gusty winds.
